Today’s Rainbow Post features the Traditional Marriage (TM), SK’Affairs 2021, ceremony of Miss Nonghobi Attah and Mr Kubiat Utuk according to the culture and traditions of the bride’s tribe, Oro tribe, Urueffong Oruko L.G.A., Akwa Ibom State.

NAMES BEFORE WEDDING
Bride: Nonghobi James ATTAH
Groom: Kubiat Samuel Utuk

NAMES AFTER WEDDING
Mr & Mrs Nonghobi & Kubiat Utuk

TRIBE and STATE OF ORIGIN
Bride: Oro and Akwa Ibom state respectively.
Groom: Ibibio, Akwa Ibom state respectively.

The groom wrote:

I was called in first and I was ushered in by my family and friends. My wife was also ushered in by her family and friends. I then took my wife to my parents to introduce her as the one we came to marry. My wife also took me to her parents and introduced me as the one she wants to marry. When both families had expressed their approval, the chairman of the occasion proceeded to pronounce us as husband and wife.

Behold the beautiful couple and ceremony of the Oro tribe’s SK’Affairs 2021:

“gloryinyou” wish you, the Utuks, all the best in your marriage.

Remember that every marriage and indeed relationship is unique! Hence the need to figure things out and work out your own with God’s help.

Love, Cheryl
